The staff at Martas Windows were incredibly attentive and outstandingly helpful people. The rooms were stylish and reasonably priced, with exceptional views. The location was quiet and it was a short walk from restaurants and bars.

we had a double room with very comfy bed and a mini bar, central heating, and an iron and ironing board. the place had a special atmosphere. besides, the location was perfect and exceptionally nice for our stay, within 15 minutes' walk of a well-known beach.

I spent a beautiful weekend in a hotel surrounded by the peaceful atmosphere of a lovely pool. the large and clean rooms were furnished with comfortable beds and the generous breakfast offered delicious options like tasty fruit and toast with jam and butter. the hotel's location near the center allowed me to explore the area easily, yet without the main road's noise. I appreciated the friendly staff who helped me with my luggage and even covered the cost of a flat tire on my motorbike. It was a pleasant surprise to receive a welcome juice and an excellent source of information from the owner.

Although the hotel's architecture was charming, the construction noise from the next door and the occasional dog and chicken noise were a bit disturbing at times. the internet connection was spotty, but this seems to be a common problem all over Lombok.

The check-in experience was not great as we arrived late and only a security guard was present, which made us feel uncomfortable. , the water pressure in the shower was inconsistent, and it would alternate between full pressure and little to no pressure.
